【アクセンチュア株式会社インターンシッププログラム及び採用ホームページ会員サービス 会員規約】
○第１条（アクセンチュア株式会社インターンシッププログラム及び採用ホームページ会員サービスの定義）
「アクセンチュア株式会社インターンシッププログラム及び採用ホームページ会員サービス」（以下「会員サービス」とします）とは、アクセンチュア株式会社（以下「当社」とします）が提供するインターネット上のインターンシップ及び就職情報サービスのことをいいます。
○第２条（会員）
（１）会員とは、当社が定める方法によって会員サービスに登録を申し込み、当社がこれを承認した方をいいます。
（２）会員は、会員サービスにおける会員向けのサービスを受けることができます。
（３）会員は、入会の時点で本規約を承諾しなければなりません。会員が会員サービスを利用したときは、この会員規約を承認したものとみなします。
○第３条（会員ＩＤ番号とパスワード）
（１）会員は、会員ＩＤ番号を付与され、パスワードを登録するものとします。ただし、第５条に抵触すると当社が判断した場合は、会員ＩＤ番号を付与されないことがあります。
（２）会員は、会員ＩＤ番号およびパスワードを第三者に譲渡または貸与してはなりません。
（３）会員の会員ＩＤ番号およびパスワードの管理および使用は会員の責任とし、これらの使用上の過誤または第三者による不正使用等については、当社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
○第４条（会員サービス）
（１）会員サービスの提供期間は、2024年2月1日～2025年3月31日（予定）とします。
（２）当社は、会員への事前の通知なくして、会員サービスを変更、中断、中止することがあり、会員はこれを承諾するものとします。
（３）会員は、システム障害などの事情により、会員サービス機能に支障が生じ、または会員サービスが停止する等の可能性があることを承諾するものとします。
○第５条（会員の禁止行為）
会員は以下の行為を行なわないものとします。
（１）他の会員、当社または第三者の著作権、肖像権、その他知的所有権を侵害する行為
（２）他の会員、当社または第三者の財産、信用、名誉、プライバシー、その他人権等を侵害する行為
（３）他の会員、当社または第三者を差別、批判、攻撃、誹謗中傷する行為
（４）会員サービスの運営を妨げる行為、またはその恐れのある行為
（５）当社の業務を阻害する行為、または不利益を与える行為
（６）個人的な勧誘行為、個人的な物品の売買行為、その他会員サービスを利用して、営業活動、営利を目的とした情報提供活動を行うこと
（７）会員サービスを通じて入手した情報を複製、販売、出版その他の方法により私的利用の範囲を超えて使用すること
（８）会員サービスにおける政治活動、選挙活動、宗教活動
（９）虚偽の内容に基づいて会員登録する行為
（10）犯罪的行為に結びつく行為、公序良俗に反する行為、その他、法律、法令に反する行為
○第６条（除名）
当社は、会員が本規約に違反したと判断した場合、または会員として不適切と判断した場合、会員に事前に通知することなく、会員サービスの提供を中止することができるものとし、会員はこれを承諾するものとします。
○第７条（損害賠償）
当社は、会員サービスの利用、変更、中断、中止などにより発生した会員の損害すべてに対し、一切の責任を負わないものとします。
また、会員サービスの利用により会員または第三者が被った損害に対しいかなる責任も負わないものとし、損害賠償をする義務は一切ないものとします。
○第８条（提供された情報の当社による利用および第三者への提供）
（１）会員は、自身が提供した情報（個人情報を含む）を、当社が以下a)～f)に記載の内容において、当社関連会社（国外に所在する会社を含む）及び委託先企業への情報提供の目的で利用することを承諾するものとします。
a).当社インターンシップの実施
（インターンシップに関する情報の提供、参加者の募集、選考等を含む）
b).当社採用活動（新卒採用に関する情報の提供、参加者の募集、選考等を含む）
c).ご卒業以降の当社人材募集
d).入社手続き(経歴調査等を含む)
e).入社前の各種トレーニングの実施
f).入社時及び入社後の必要な手続き
（２）当社は、会員から提供された個人情報をもとに、個人を特定できないように加工した統計データを作成することがあります。個人を特定できない統計データについては、当社は何ら制約なく利用することができるものとします（当該利用には、当社による新サービスの開発検討等を含みますが、これらに限られません）。なお、この場合の著作権その他一切の権利は当社に帰属するものとします。
（３）当社は、正当な理由なく、会員から同意を得た利用目的を超えて会員の個人情報を使用したり公開したりしないものとします。なお、当社は、前項の統計データの作成について、第三者に委託する場合があり、会員はこれを承諾するものとします。
（４）会員から提供された個人情報は、株式会社キャリタス（旧社名：株式会社ディスコ）による就職情報サービスの向上のために利用・分析することを目的として当社から同社に対して提供されるものとし、会員はこれを承諾するものとします。
（５）会員は、選考の結果採用となった場合、提供する個人情報について、入社後に当社の人事情報とするために利用することを承諾するものとします。
（６）会員から提供された個人情報は、当社の人事戦略検討・構築のために利用・分析することを目的として、当社から委託先に対して提供されるものとし、会員はこれを承諾するものとします。
○第９条（本規約の変更）
当社は本規約を随時変更することができるものとします。変更の内容についてはインターネット上に表示します。この表示後、会員が会員サービスを利用した時点で、当該会員はこの変更を承諾したものとみなします。変更を承諾できない会員は退会するものとします。
○付則
この規約は2024年2月1日から実施します。

【Terms of Membership for Members' Services on Accenture Japan Ltd.'s Internship Program and Recruitment Homepage】
〇 Article 1. Definition for Members' Services on Accenture Japan Ltd.'s Internship Program and Recruitment Homepage
Members' Services on Accenture Japan Ltd.'s Internship Program and Recruitment Homepage ("Members' Services") means the internship and employment information services on the internet provided by Accenture Japan Ltd. ("Accenture").
〇 Article 2. Members
(1)A Member means a person who applied to register for the Members' Services by the method set forth by Accenture, and whose application Accenture approved.
(2)A Member may receive the services for members.
(3)A Member must accept these Terms of Membership when they become a Member. The Member will be regarded as having accepted these Terms of Membership when the Member uses the Members' Services.
〇 Article 3. Members’ IDs and Passwords
(1)A Member will be provided a Member's ID number and shall register a password. Accenture, however, might not provide a Member with a Member's ID number, if Accenture determines the Member commits an act in violation of Article 5.
(2)A Member may neither transfer nor loan a third party the Member's ID number or password.
(3)A Member shall manage and use the Member's ID number and password at the Member's responsibility. Accenture is not liable in any way for an error in the use of the Member's ID number or password, or for a third party's unauthorized use thereof.
〇 Article 4. Members' Services
(1)The provision period for the Members' Services is from February 1, 2024 until March 31, 2025 (planned).
(2)Accenture might change, suspend, or discontinue the Members' Services without notifying a Member in advance. The Member accepts this provision.
(3)A Member accepts an impediment to a function in the Members' Services or an interruption of the Members' Services could arise due to circumstances, such as a system failure.
〇 Article 5. Members' Prohibited Acts
A Member may not commit the below acts.
(1)An act infringing on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of another Member, Accenture, or a third party;
(2)An act causing damage to the property, credibility, reputation, privacy, or other human rights, and the like of another Member, Accenture, or a third party;
(3)An act discriminating against, criticizing, making allegations about, or slandering another Member, Accenture, or a third party;
(4)An act impeding the operations for the Members' Services or an act with a risk thereof;
(5)An act hindering Accenture's business or an act causing a disadvantage thereto;
(6)An act of personal solicitation or of buying or selling personal goods, or otherwise conducting information providing activities using the Members' Services for the purposes of operating activities or profit;
(7)Using the information obtained through the Members' Services beyond the scope of private use by reproducing, selling, or publishing this information, or by another method regarding this information;
(8)Conducting political activities, election campaigning, or religious activities within the Members' Services;
(9)An act of registering as a Member based on false information; and
(10)An act leading to a criminal act, an act violating public order and morals, or another act violating laws or regulations.
〇 Article 6. Exclusion from Membership
Accenture may cancel its provision of the Members' Services to a Member without notifying the Member in advance, if Accenture determines the Member is in violation of these Terms of Membership, or it is inappropriate for the Member to be a Member. The Member accepts this provision.
〇 Article 7. Compensation for Damages
Accenture is not liable in any way for any of the Member's damages arising due to the use, change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Members' Services.
Furthermore, Accenture is not liable in any way whatsoever for damages the Member or a third party incurs due to using the Members' Services. Accenture has absolutely no obligations to compensate the Member or the third party for these damages.
〇 Article 8. Accenture's Use of Provided Information and its Provision to Third Parties
(1)A Member accepts Accenture will use the information provided by the Member (including personal information) for the purpose of providing information to affiliate companies (including companies overseas) and contractors, with the following purposes;
a).Implementation of our internship program (including provision of information on
internships, recruitment and selection of participants, etc.)
b).Recruitment activities (including provision of information on new graduate
recruitment,recruitment of participants, selection, etc.)
c).Recruitment of human resources for our company after graduation
d).Hiring procedures (including background checks, etc.)
e).Conducting various pre-employment training
f).Necessary procedures at the time of employment and after employment
(2)Accenture might compile statistical data processed whereby an individual cannot be identified, based on the personal information provided by a Member. Accenture may use the statistical data that cannot identify an individual without any restrictions whatsoever. (This use includes, but is not limited to, Accenture developing and considering new services.) Accenture will own the copyrights and all other rights related the statistical data, if Accenture compiles it.
(3)Accenture will neither use nor disclose a Member's personal information exceeding the purposes a member accepts without a justifiable reason. Accenture might commission a third party to compile the statistical data in the preceding paragraph. The Member accepts this provision.
(4)The personal information provided by a Member will be provided by Accenture to Career-tasu, Inc.（former name:DISCO） Corporation for the purposes of use and analysis to improve the company's employment information services. The Member accepts this provision.
(5)In the event that a member is selected for employment as a result of the selection process, the member agrees that the personal information provided may be used for the purpose of providing personnel information for Accenture after the member joins our company.
(6)The personal information provided by a member shall be provided by Accenture to contractors for the purpose of use and analysis for Accenture's human resource strategy study and construction, and a member shall agree to this.
〇 Article 9. Revisions to Terms of Membership
Accenture may revise these Terms of Membership at any time. Accenture shall post the revision's details on the internet. A Member will be regarded as having accepted the revision, once the Member uses the Members' Services after the revision's details are posted on the internet. A Member unable to accept the revision shall withdraw their membership.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms of Membership are implemented from February 1, 2024.
Accenture Japan Ltd.
○第１条（アクセンチュア株式会社インターンシッププログラム及び採用ホームページ会員サービスの定義）
「アクセンチュア株式会社インターンシッププログラム及び採用ホームページ会員サービス」（以下「会員サービス」とします）とは、アクセンチュア株式会社（以下「当社」とします）が提供するインターネット上のインターンシップ及び就職情報サービスのことをいいます。
○第２条（会員）
（１）会員とは、当社が定める方法によって会員サービスに登録を申し込み、当社がこれを承認した方をいいます。
